Inclusion Teacher (10th grade)

High School Inclusion Teacher for Tenth/Eleventh Grade (F/T)

Dynamic teacher needed for a cohort of 4-5 boys for an inclusion program.

Candidate should be flexible in pedagogical approaches in order to differentiate materials and be able to implement best practices in teaching.

He/she should have excellent interpersonal skills in order to communicate and collaborate with students, classroom teachers, and parents.

The position includes daily push-in to General and Judaic Studies classes, as well as additional pull-out periods each day for instructional support.

The inclusion teacher will also set benchmark goals and monitor progress, updating as necessary, in conjunction with parents and the Director of Student Services.

Degree in special education or related field preferred.

3-5 years of experience with students with learning challenges is required.
