In this vital role, you will implement evidence-based behavioral interventions under the supervision of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs). Implement individualized behavior intervention plans based on ABA principles to support clients with autism and other developmental disabilities
Collect, record, and analyze data on client behaviors and progress to inform treatment adjustments
Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as grooming, dressing, feeding, and toileting to promote independence
Support educational goals through teaching functional communication, social skills, and behavioral management strategies
Maintain accurate medical documentation, care plans, and behavioral health records in compliance with HIPAA regulations
Collaborate with team members to develop and modify behavior support strategies tailored to each client’s needs
Foster a safe, supportive environment that encourages positive behavior change and emotional well-being
