What is the educational pathway to become a nurse practitioner?

Graduates of Sara Schenirer receive priority acceptance to the Shomer Shabbat Accelerated Nursing Program at the University of Mount Saint Vincent’s Saint Joseph’s School of Nursing, a nursing cohort designed to accommodate Torah-observant students. This provides a structured pathway to RN licensure.
After earning RN licensure through an accredited nursing program, students may pursue graduate-level nurse practitioner education and specialty certification.
