👩‍🏫 Dr. Rikki Burton, the Director of Tender Touch Educational Services, recently visited our Lakewood students to talk about Education and Special Education.

🎓 Dr. Burton shared her journey, highlighting her education at the Sara Schenirer Institute, and the many different roles she has held in the field of education.

🏫 She gave us an overview of student needs and how educators can address them, and she discussed various programs and their strengths.

💡 Dr. Burton also offered some great advice for our students, encouraging them to be lifelong learners and sharing ideas for further education beyond certification.

📚 Our Lakewood students now have a better understanding of the opportunities and possibilities that exist in the field of Education and Special Education, and we’re grateful to Dr. Burton for sharing her knowledge and experience with us.
