Diplomas are generated and mailed out by an external vendor within approximately 8 – 12 weeks after the conferral date to those who qualify. During peak conferral periods, the processing time may take an additional 2 weeks.

All obligations to the University, including financial, must be fulfilled before the diploma will be released. Delays in receiving your diploma may be due to late grade submissions, financial account holds, and the like.
