The St. Peter’s University Master of Business Administration in Real Estate is a unique and rigorous graduate program designed to transform you into a consummate real estate professional. Through this 36-credit master’s degree, you’ll develop a deep and broad understanding of all facets of the real-estate market and practical experience through internships and projects. Business fundamentals, including finances, investment, market analysis, law, zoning, negotiation, management, investment and more, are tackled through a real-estate lens, preparing you for work with a development group, a capital organization, or a broker, or self-employment.

Although many enter the field absent meaningful experience, or by earning a real estate license, pursuing an MBA in real estate cultivates the specialized skills and knowledge required for advanced positions. Besides for entry-level positions, graduates can work in high-paying areas like portfolio management, industry analysis, investment, and urban planning.

We are proud to have partnered with the Frank J. Guarini School of Business at St. Peter’s University. Founded in 1872, the university offers more than 60 undergraduate and graduate programs to more

Real estate a wide and varied field offering multiple career paths that lead to a stable and lucrative financial future. While real estate brokerage and management are the most common entry points, numerous additional options exist including:

  • Real estate finance
  • Construction management

  • Real estate acquisition manager
  • Financial analyst

This degree can be completed in just five semesters (Fall, Spring, Summer, Fall, Spring = 20 months).

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution. BTL’s are accepted.
  • Minimum undergraduate 3.0 GPA

The program is entirely live-online. In our live-online format, students log in to a live class at a set time and see, hear, and communicate with their professor and fellow students. This means that you can participate in this program regardless of location so long as you are able to be present during classtimes during evening hours.

There are twelve courses in the program. Each semester, students take two-three courses.

Spring:

    • Corporate Finance
    • Business Analytics
    • Negotiation & Acquisition

Summer:

    • Real Estate Legal Environment
    • Real Estate Development

Fall:

    • Real Estate Valuation & Market Analysis
    • Construction Management & Architecture
    • Property Management & Real Estate Investment Management

Spring:

    • Urban Design, Zoning & Land Use
    • Real Estate Practicum Capstone

 

Each course meets one evening each week in a live-online format for twelve weeks. Each class is 90-minutes long and additional work is posted on the students’ online Blackboard portal.

As part of the coursework, students complete an industry-oriented culminating hands-on project. Students also gain hands-on experience throughout the program by interning in local real estate companies.

Designed with the specific needs of the frum community in mind, the MBA in Real Estate was created to train aspiring real estate professionals in the high-level aspects of real estate that are traditionally acquired only through years of hands-on experience in the field. Instructors are industry veterans and understand the on-ground realities of this high-stakes and constantly evolving field.

Additionally, all courses are offered during evening hours so you can work or learn full-time while completing your degree.

Tuition is $694 per credit. The total cost for the entire 12-course master’s degree is $24,984.

At the graduate level, aid is available in the form of loans which cover the full cost of the degree.

Additionally, there are several scholarships available to Jewish graduate students that students are encouraged to apply for:

  • Helen B and Lewis E Goldstein Scholarship Fund – This fund is open to Jewish full-time students enrolled in an accredited undergraduate or graduate school in the United States
  • Samuel Lemberg Scholarship Loan Fund – The Samuel Lemberg Scholarship Loan Fund provides interest-free loans to aid Jewish undergraduate and graduate college students who exhibit exceptional academic achievement and face financial difficulties pursuing a higher education. These loans must be repaid within ten years of graduation or termination of studies.

  • The cost for the 10-course master’s degree is $25,000.
  • $495 fee for the Bridge Course.
  • Tech Fees are $3,000.

  • Rose Biller Scholarship Fund – The Rose Biller Scholarship Fund is open to Jewish residents of NYC’s five boroughs, Westchester, and Long Island with financial need. It provides scholarships to Jewish men and women with significant economic need attending undergraduate, graduate, and professional schools.
  • Helen B and Lewis E Goldstein Scholarship Fund – This fund is open to Jewish full-time students enrolled in an accredited undergraduate or graduate school in the United States
