Class Lists and Attendance Sheets
You are welcome to take a glance at your class lists, however, we encourage you STRONGLY to wait to download your class lists and attendance sheets until the day before you are actually teaching. Registrations are added and dropped on a constant basis until the semester begins and we want you to have the most current information when you start your first class.
To access your class list and/or attendance sheet, please click on this link. You will be asked to enter your email address. Please use the email address that we use to contact you.
Note: Be sure to choose the correct semester in the dropdown menu.
You will receive an email with a link to access your class list and attendance sheet. This link expires after an hour. Click the links (as diagrammed below) to download a class list and/or an attendance sheet. If you are teaching more than one class, select the class you want to see from the dropdown menu and click the class list and/or attendance sheet buttons for those classes.

You will use the downloaded attendance sheet to keep track of attendance each week of class. In addition, after the FIRST week of class ONLY, we will send you an email asking that you access this system again to record that first week’s attendance, which will then be shared with the College. This allows the College to confirm that everyone signed up for a class is actually attending. While you will continue to track class attendance throughout the semester through your downloaded attendance sheet, you will not be recording it here ever again.
At the end of the semester, we will ask you to access this system again to record your final grades.
More detailed instructions for recording attendance will be sent a week into the semester and for recording grades, close to the end of the semester.
